Hebei Nihewan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise integrating crop planting, purchase and sale of agricultural and sideline products, e-commerce services, meat cold chain, logistics warehousing and distribution, car sales and leasing, road transportation and engineering services. Since its establishment in 2005, it has developed into a leading enterprise in Yangyuan County's commercial circulation, agricultural product processing, and e-commerce poverty alleviation. In 2006, as the contractor of the "Ten Thousand Villages and Thousand Towns Market Project" project of the Ministry of Commerce, the company built and renovated 503 franchise stores in Yangyuan and Yuxian, benefiting more than 300,000 people in the two counties.
Since 2012, it has become a distribution enterprise of "nutrition improvement plan in compulsory education stage" in Yangyuan County through bidding, and distributes nutrition to more than 12000 students in more than 40 primary and secondary schools in the county every year.

In 2016, the company became the winning bidder in Yangyuan County, a rural e-commerce full coverage service project of the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, with a total investment of 5.6 million yuan to transform and build a county-level rural e-commerce public service center of 960 square meters and a new logistics warehousing and distribution center of 850 square meters. 265 e-commerce service stations have been built, laying a solid foundation for the application of national e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration counties.
In 2017, our county successfully applied for the pilot project of national e-commerce into rural demonstration counties.
In 2018, Yangyuan e-commerce logistics park will be built, covering an area of 200 mu, with a cumulative investment of 14.8 million yuan. It will build 1200 square meters of county-level logistics express sorting center, 3400 square meters of county-level storage and distribution center (3 warehouses), 1000 square meters of miscellaneous grain processing workshop, 1200 square meters of almond processing workshop, 800 square meters of express business hall and office area, and one 1000-ton frozen constant temperature warehouse. Purchase miscellaneous grains, apricot flat, dried vegetables and other 7 production lines production equipment and facilities, logistics sorting equipment, logistics and distribution vehicles. In Dongjing Town, Taigutuan Town, Huatiaoying Town, Dongcheng Town, Datianwa Township and Jingergou Township, six township-level logistics storage and distribution centers have been upgraded and equipped with relevant equipment and necessary facilities.
